These Terms and Conditions govern your use of getgatedrop.com and purchases from GateDrop, Inc. (“GateDrop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information, and keep your account credentials secure. You may not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, or interference with its operation.
Products and orders
Product availability, prices, and offers may change. We aim to describe products accurately, but images and screen colors may vary. The price, purchase option, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order because of an error, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled items.
Auto-Restock subscriptions
When you select Auto-Restock, you authorize recurring charges and deliveries at the frequency and prices disclosed during purchase. Introductory offers may differ from renewal pricing. You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel future deliveries through your customer account or the subscription links in your order emails. Make changes before your next order is processed. Canceling future deliveries does not automatically cancel or refund an order already processed.
Product use
Read and follow all product labels, directions, and warnings, including caffeine information. Website content is general information and is not individualized medical advice. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Individual experiences vary.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Please review our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Promotions
Discounts and promotions are subject to the conditions stated with the offer, including eligibility, expiration, and whether offers can be combined. Subscription introductory discounts apply as described at purchase.
Content and intellectual property
GateDrop names, logos, photographs, designs, and website content belong to GateDrop or their respective owners. You may browse and use the site for personal shopping, but may not commercially reproduce our materials without permission. If you submit a review or photo, you confirm that you have the right to share it and permit us to display it in connection with our products and store. Do not submit unlawful content or another person's private information.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. Shopify powers our online store, but your purchases are made from GateDrop. Payment providers and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers and liability
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. This provision does not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by New Hampshire law, subject to any mandatory protections applicable where you live. We may update these terms and will post the revised date here. Changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
